Notification

There are few reasons why I check my phone (other than for notifications):

• I wanted to message someone.
• I wanted to look for inspiration via Instagram. 
• I wanted to check the replied messages that some apps don't give notification about.

I always put my phone on silent mode, so I don't get startled by its sudden screeching. So, when I get notifications, I always check it out first. It's so instinctive that it's unexplainable. When I do that, I forgot the whole point why I wanted to check my phone in the first place.
